Eric Van Trump built Water Damage Clean into a premier restoration company serving customers across three Florida locations. The process culminated in June 2023 when Water Damage Clean was successfully acquired by NMR (National Mitigation & Restoration), Montera's growing restoration platform. The acquisition expanded NMR's water mitigation and mold remediation capabilities while providing Water Damage Clean with the resources and partnership needed for continued growth.

In June 2021, Reliant Roofing was successfully recapitalized by Kelly Roofing Holdings LLC, a platform company of Monument MicroCap Partners. Founded by Sean Shapiro and Cameron Shouppe, Reliant was a specialized residential and commercial roofing contractor that also provided solar system installation and hurricane shutter protection services. The transaction represented Kelly Roofing's first acquisition since their own recapitalization by Monument nine months prior. "As we continued to build Reliant, it was critical for us to find a partner with similar aspirations in both growth and quality of service," said the founders. This successful exit provided the Reliant team with valuable M&A experience that would later inform their advisory work with other roofing company owners.
