Our Story

Our journey began in 2012 when our founders, Sean and Cameron, met through their shared passion for real estate investing and general contracting. Their friendship quickly grew into a business partnership as they collaborated on various real estate projects, laying the foundation for future ventures.

In 2015, recognizing a gap in the market for a roofing company that prioritizes exceptional customer experiences, they founded Reliant Roofing, Inc. Their dedication and vision propelled the company forward, and by 2021, Reliant Roofing had grown to 125 employees and achieved $25 million in annual revenue. In June of that year, they marked a significant milestone by selling the company to private equity.

Building Expertise and Networks

The sale of Reliant Roofing allowed Sean and Cameron to focus on furthering their education and expanding their professional network. Between 2022 and 2023, they completed prestigious programs at The Wharton Business School at UPenn and the Institute for Mergers, Acquisitions, and Alliances (IMAA). They also dedicated significant time to building relationships within the private equity sector, gaining valuable insights and expertise.

Founding Axia Advisors

In 2023, Sean and Cameron founded Axia Advisors, channeling their extensive experience and knowledge into a new venture. Axia Advisors is not just another business brokerage; it’s an M&A advisory firm committed to representing the sellers of businesses. Our approach is deeply personal and professional, drawing from our first hand experience of growing and exiting our own company.

Within our first year, Axia Advisors successfully completed our inaugural transaction, setting the stage for continued growth and success.
